My passion is making all the sauces and condiments for our family gatherings. I am a lover of great tasting and unique sauces and condiments. This is a creative passion that drove me to create Uncle Gaph’s Sauces. We are a family-owned business which was founded out of my obsession for great tasting food plus the enthusiasm with which family and friends suggested we put our island style sauces on the market for sale. We then set out with the goal of creating great tasting sauces and condiments that enables everyone to enhance the flavors of their food by using our gourmet sauces. It wasn’t always easy to work continuously on our products, but it is exciting work that we are passionate about. With the culmination of all that work and growing pains we turned our hobby into a business.

Our vision is to create sauces that brings distinctive island flavorings that represent our rich Jamaican heritage. We would like to connect our community and its people over our shared love of delicious food. We are committed to building our brand and enhance our presence of our sauces in the marketplace.
